Disposition versions
25.4. The decision of the Tribunal is transmitted to the enterprise registrar who shall, where applicable, make the necessary changes to the enterprise register, together with an entry to the effect that the decision was rendered by the Québec Administrative Tribunal in the case of a decision made by the Authority under section 23. A copy of the decision shall also be transmitted to the Authority.
25.4. The decision of the Tribunal is transmitted to the enterprise registrar who shall, where applicable, make the necessary changes to the register of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons, together with an entry to the effect that the decision was rendered by the Québec Administrative Tribunal in the case of a decision made by the Authority under section 23. A copy of the decision shall also be transmitted to the Authority.
25.4.
