217. In the case of the election of a member of the board of directors or of the board of supervision, decisions are taken in accordance with the by-laws of the credit union.

217. Decisions are taken by a majority of the votes cast. In the event of a tie, the person chairing the meeting has a casting vote. However, at the election of a member of the board of directors or of the board of supervision, decisions are taken in accordance with the by-laws of the credit union.
