Section 248
Disposition versions
248. Whoever is guilty of an offence under section 246 is liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $10,000 for each offence, and to a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $20,000 for each subsequent conviction.
248. Every person who is guilty of an offence under section 246 is liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $10,000 for each offence, and to a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $20,000 for each subsequent conviction.
However, every person who is guilty of an offence under paragraph 4 of section 246 is liable to a fine equal to not less than the amount of the sums unlawfully apportioned and not more than twice that amount.
248. Every person who is guilty of an offence is liable to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $4 000 for each offence, and to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $10 000 for each subsequent conviction.
248. Every person who is guilty of an offence is liable on summary proceedings to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $4 000 for each offence, and to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $10 000 for each subsequent offence within two years.
