221.2.9. The Attorney General may obtain from the Superior Court an order to stop any act or transaction undertaken or continued without the joint authorization of the Minister and of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy.
The application of the Attorney General is heard and decided by preference.
