27.10. An enterprise that fails to carry out the annual update of documents and information referred to in section 21.40 or that fails to notify the Authority, in accordance with that section, of any change to any information previously provided for the purpose of obtaining an authorization is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $2,500 to $13,000 in the case of a natural person and $7,500 to $40,000 in any other case.
