30. The chair of the board shall evaluate the performance of the other board members according to criteria established by the board.
The chair shall assume any other function assigned by the board.

30. The Conservatoire may exercise a mandate for the negotiation of a collective labour agreement in accordance with the conditions it has determined and which have been approved by the Government.
