69. Whoever contravenes section 17, 20 or 28, in the case of animals other than big game, or section 21, 23, subparagraph b of section 25, section 29 or subparagraph a, b, c or d of section 30 of this act is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, for a first offence to a fine of $50, and for any subsequent offence within two years to a fine of $200 to $400 and to imprisonment for not less than fifteen days and not more than thirty days.

69. Whoever contravenes the provisions of sections 19, 20, 22, 24 to 26, 31, 32, 33 or 57 of this act is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, for a first offence to a fine of $300 to $500 or to imprisonment for not more than three months or to both penalties together, and for any subsequent offence within two years to a fine of $500 to $1500 and to imprisonment for not more than six months.
