54. The Gouvernement may make regulations for the carrying out of this division and especially to:(a) determine the form and content of applications for indemnities and accident reports;
(b) prescribe delays for making an accident report or claim, or for instituting a suit for the carrying out of sections 50 or 52;
(c) determine the nature of the accidents contemplated by this division;
(d) specify what hunting or fishing for recreational purposes includes;
(e) determine the conditions which a licensee or, as the case may be, his legal representatives must fulfil to benefit from this division;
(f) determine the medical examinations which may be required before granting an indemnity under section 50;
(g) fix an amount deductible from the damages for damage to property for the purposes of the application of the first paragraph of section 52;
(h) determine the additional cost of a license which each applicant must pay to benefit from this division.
