78.3. The Minister may, in cooperation with the minister responsible for the administration of the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments (chapter E-14.2), determine standards of quality and quantity for the classification of outfitting operations and fix the minimum standards required to allow the publication of the designation, classification, category of and the services offered by an outfitting operation in any repertory published with the authorization of the Minister.
