7. The government departments and bodies solicited by the Minister shall lend their assistance to the Minister for matters involving biodiversity conservation in the fields within their competence. In particular, they must disclose to the Minister all the information required for the establishment of a network of protected areas representative of biodiversity or for the implementation of other conservation measures provided for in this Act, including information on the ecological characteristics, state of preservation or degradation, and constraints affecting certain zones of the land.
