C-60.1 - Act respecting intermunicipal boards of transport in the area of Montréal
Section 27.4
Disposition versions
27.4. A municipality party to an agreement may also, with the authorisation of the Agence métropolitaine de transport, make a contract with a carrier, in accordance with section 48.30 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12), to provide, on the occasion of a special event, in its territory, a temporary public transport service which does not compete with the service organized by the board or provided by a permit holder pursuant to his permit.
27.4. A municipality party to an agreement may also, with the authorisation of the Agence métropolitaine de transport, make a contract with a carrier, in accordance with section 467.7.4 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) or article 532.4 of the Municipal Code of Québec (chapter C-27.1), to provide, on the occasion of a special event, in its territory, a temporary public transport service which does not compete with the service organized by the board or provided by a permit holder pursuant to his permit.
27.4. A municipality party to an agreement may also make a contract with a carrier, in accordance with section 467.7.4 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) or article 532.4 of the Municipal Code of Québec (chapter C-27.1), to provide, on the occasion of a special event, in its territory, a temporary public transport service which does not compete with the service organized by the board or provided by a permit holder pursuant to his permit.
