55. For the purposes of sections 63 and 64 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Peace Officers in Correctional Services (chapter R-9.2), section 57 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10), sections 51 and 52 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11), sections 84 and 85 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12) and section 78 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1), an employee, a teacher or an officer, as the case may be, is deemed to have begun to receive a retirement pension under Division III upon ceasing to be a Member and upon qualifying for a retirement pension regardless of the payment of the transition allowance.
However, contributions refunded under the said sections must be repaid during the term of the Member.
