21. A Member shall not participate in this plan from 31 December of the year in which the Member attains 69 years of age.

21. A Member shall not participate in this plan from 31 December of the year in which he attains 71 years of age.

21. For the purposes of this chapter, a person shall not cease to be a Member by reason only of the dissolution of the Assembly, but he shall cease to be a Member from the day fixed for the election following such dissolution, if he is not then reelected as a Member.
