9. The provision of artificial tanning services is an activity that must be declared in the enterprise register kept in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) within 30 days after the tanning salon begins operations.
The discontinuance of that activity must also be declared in the same register within 30 days after its occurrence.
