C-5.2 - Act to prevent skin cancer caused by artificial tanning

Disposition versions
22. A natural person who, on 11 February 2013, operates a tanning salon under a name that includes his or her surname and given name must, not later than 11 August 2013, register in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).
A natural person who fails to register in accordance with the first paragraph is guilty of an offence and liable to the fine prescribed in section 159 of that Act.
