5. The Order shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of a president and 24 directors elected in accordance with the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and four other directors appointed by the Office des professions du Québec in the manner provided in that Code.

5. The Order shall be governed by a Bureau consisting of a president and 24 directors elected in accordance with the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and four other directors appointed by the Office des professions du Québec in the manner provided in that Code.
