17. (Repealed).

17. If any such company change its name, it shall transmit to the enterprise registrar a copy of the document establishing that such change has been legally effected, and such copy must be certified by the officer who has charge of the original.
A new authorization may be granted by the enterprise registrar and notice thereof shall be given by the enterprise registrar in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
Such Gazette shall be deposited and the notice transcribed in the manner provided by section 15.
