16. (Repealed).

16. Whenever any such company changes its chief agent or the location of its head office in Québec, it shall send to the Inspector General a copy of the new power of attorney respecting the same, and notice thereof must be given in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
Such Gazette must be deposited and the notice transcribed in the manner provided by section 15.
