15. Notice that such authorization has been granted shall be published by the enterprise registrar in the Gazette officielle du Québec according to form 1; and, from and after the publication of such notice, the company may carry on the above-mentioned business.
The enterprise registrar shall deposit in the register a copy of the notice published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
