1. The provisions of this Act shall apply to mining companies constituted as legal persons by letters patent issued under the laws of Québec.

1. The provisions of this Act shall apply to mining companies constituted as legal persons by letters patent issued under the laws of Québec, with the exception of Division VI which applies to the companies which it contemplates.
