11. Any person doing business for an extra-provincial corporation which has not compiled with the requirements of this Act shall be liable to a fine of not more than $100 for each offence.

11. Any person doing business for an extra-provincial corporation which has not compiled with the requirements of this act shall be liable to a fine of not more than $100 for each offence, and, in default of payment, to imprisonment of not more than three months.
