3. The Minister may call for the production of any information, documents, evidence and affidavits that he may deem necessary or expedient in order to satisfy himself of the truth of the facts alleged in the petition.

3. The Minister of Financial Institutions and Cooperatives may call for the production of any information, documents, evidence and affidavits that he may deem necessary or expedient in order to satisfy himself of the truth of the facts alleged in the petition.
