47. (Repealed).

47. The corporation shall file in the office of the Superior Court of the district where its corporate seat is situated a declaration containing the information provided for in subsection 2 of section 1 of the Companies and Partnerships Declaration Act (chapter D-1); the corporation shall also make a similar declaration in the cases contemplated in section 2 of the same act.
