246. (Repealed).

246. All sums of money from inactive accounts transferred to the Minister of Finance shall be paid into the consolidated revenue fund.
Any person entitled to such sums of money may require that the sums be returned to him by asserting his claim, and prescription shall not be invoked against him. The Minister of Finance is authorized to pay the necessary sums of money out of the consolidated revenue fund.
