22. Every loan owing from an executive officer of a union or from a person entitled to authorize loans, except in the case of a loan on acknowledgement of debt or a loan guaranteed by hypothec on his personal residence, must be disclosed within 60 days to the Autorité des marchés financiers with mention of the name of each borrower, the amount of the loan granted and the rate of interest.

22. Every loan granted to a member of the board of directors of a union must be approved by the federation.
Furthermore, every loan owing by a member of the board of directors of a union, except in the case of a loan on acknowledgement of debt or a loan guaranteed by hypothec on his personal residence, must be disclosed within sixty days to the Régie de l’assurance-dépôts du Québec with mention of the name of each borrower, the amount of the loan granted and the rate of interest.
