32. The company shall, at all times, have an office in the place in which its chief place of business is situated, which shall be the legal domicile of the company; and notice of the situation of such office and of any change therein shall be given by filing a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45).
The company may establish such other offices and agencies elsewhere as it deems expedient.
