32. The company shall give notice of the address of its head office or principal establishment and of any change of address by filing a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).
The company may establish such other offices and agencies elsewhere as it deems expedient.

The company shall, at all times, have an office in the place in which its chief place of business is situated, which shall be the legal domicile of the company; and notice of the situation of such office and of any change therein shall be given by filing a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45).
The company may establish such other offices and agencies elsewhere as it deems expedient.
