137. Every company infringing section 136 or 136.1 is liable to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each day of such infringement.

137. Every company infringing section 136 or 136.1 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each day of such infringement.

137. Every company infringing the provisions of section 136 shall be liable, in addition to the costs, to a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each day of such infringement.
