Disposition versions
123.27.4. On the expiry of the time limit for bringing a proceeding, the enterprise registrar may, at the request of a person concerned, change the name of a company that does not respect the order.
The enterprise registrar may also, of his own initiative, change the name of a company that does not respect the order issued by him, on the ground that the name is not in conformity with any of paragraphs 1 to 6 or paragraph 8 of section 9.1.
123.27.4. On the expiry of the time limit for bringing a proceeding, the Inspector General may, at the request of a person concerned, change the name of a company that does not respect the order.
The Inspector General may also, of his own initiative, change the name of a company that does not respect the order issued by him, on the ground that the name is not in conformity with any of paragraphs 1 to 6 or paragraph 8 of section 9.1.
