Disposition versions
123.145. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the enterprise registrar rendered under this Part may, within 30 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.
123.145. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Inspector General rendered under this Part may, within 30 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.
123.145. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Inspector General rendered under this Part may appeal from it to the Court of Québec of the district of the residence or head office of the person concerned or, in the case of an artificial person having its head office outside Québec, of the district of its principal office in Québec or of the address of its attorney.
123.145.
