123.5. Companies whose objects come under the legislative authority of Québec, except companies constituted to carry on the trust business, or which, under another Act, may be constituted only under Part I, may be constituted under this Part.

123.5. Any person may be an incorporator, except

(1)  a person who is under eighteen years of age;

(2)  an interdicted person;

(3)  a person of unsound mind, who has been declared incapable by a court in another province or in another country;

(4)  an undischarged bankrupt;

(5)  a liquidating corporation.
