215. Without the authorization of the Société, no person shall in any manner use the name of the Société or of any one of its services, or its emblem or graphic symbol.
Without prejudice to the other recourses of the Société, any person infringing this section shall be liable, for each offence, to a fine of not more than $200.

215. Without the authorization of the Transit Commission, no person shall in any manner use the name of the Transit Commission or of any one of its services, or its emblem or graphic symbol.
Without prejudice to the other recourses of the Transit Commission, any person infringing this section shall be liable, for each offence, to a fine of not more than $200.

Without prejudice to the other recourses of the Transit Commission, any person infringing this section shall be liable, for each offence, to a fine of not more than $200 and to imprisonment for not more than two months, upon the filing of a complaint before any Municipal Court which has jurisdiction in the territory of the Transit Commission.
