Full text
210. Every transfer of funds within the budget must be approved by the Council.
However, the Council may, by by-law, delegate all or part of the power provided for in the first paragraph to the Société on the conditions it shall determine.

210. Any transfer of funds of the Transit Commission must be approved by the Council which, by by-law, may delegate to the Transit Commission the right to approve any transfer of funds within an amount determined by such by-law.
