201. The Transit Commission shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission des transports du Québec otherwise than under a provision of this act.
The Commission des transports du Québec has no jurisdiction over transportation supplied on behalf of the Transit Commission under a contract referred to in subparagraph ii or iii of subparagraph i or subparagraph k of the second paragraph of section 188 or in section 188.1.
The regulations made by the Government under section 5 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12) shall apply to the Commission and to its means of transport or transport systems. However, the Government may, by regulation, release the Commission from the obligation of complying with one or several of the provisions of a regulation.
Section 416 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) shall apply mutatismutandis to the Commission.
