13. The executive committee may exercise the following powers upon a report of the director general and of the director of the department concerned:(a) accept for the purposes of the Community any gratuitous conveyance of moveable or immoveable property;
(b) approve the boundaries of the minutes of the properties of the Community and of those of third parties;
(c) request the making of any correction on the official plan and book of reference;
(d) approve any plan of amendments to the cadastre that requires the approval of the Community;
(e) approve any deed of correction of the description of an immoveable sold by the Community;
(f) cancel any balance of appropriations placed at its disposal out of the budget of the Community when the objects for which such appropriations have been voted are realized;
(g) adopt resolutions respecting any litigious matter and give to the advocates of the Community the appropriate instructions respecting such matters;
(h) lease to interested parties, provided the duration of the lease or contract does not exceed one year, any moveable or immoveable property the Community is entitled to lease, except in the particular cases where the exercise of the power is expressly reserved to the Council;
(i) sell, upon report of the valuation commissioner of the Community with respect to its value, any moveable or immoveable property belonging to the Community the value of which does not exceed $10,000;
(j) see to the preparation of plans and specifications and to the calling for tenders.
