12. (Repealed).

12. The executive committee shall be responsible for the management of the affairs of the Community. It shall see that the law, the by-laws, the resolutions and decisions of the Council and contracts are complied with and carried out.
For such purposes, it may of its own motion take all such steps as it deems expedient and give appropriate instructions to the officers of the Community; the executive committee may require directly of any officer of the Community any information that it needs.
