107. (Repealed).

107. Should the Community fail to adopt the by-law contemplated in section 100 within the time prescribed, the Minister may have that by-law prepared at the expense of the Community.
That by-law is forwarded to the Community and comes into force from the date of publication of a notice given to that effect by the Minister in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The by-law is deemed to have been adopted by the Community in conformity with sections 100 to 106.
