104. (Repealed).

104. The secretary of the Community, within ten days after the passing of the by-law contemplated in section 100 or of a by-law amending or replacing it, must send, free of charge, a certified copy of it to the clerk or the secretary-treasurer of each municipality in the territory of the Community.
