10. (Repealed).

10. No appointment to the vice-chairmanship of the executive committee shall be made while any seat on the committee is vacant.

10. No appointment to the vice-chairmanship of the executive committee shall be made while such committee consists of less than nine members.

10. No appointment to the vice-chairmanship of the executive committee shall be made while such committee consists of less than seven members and in such case, the thirty day delay contemplated in section 8 shall be extended accordingly.
