Disposition versions
9. The chairman, after his appointment and before taking office, must resign from office as a member of the council of a municipality.
However, he remains a member exofficio of the Council.
9. Each municipality shall be entitled to one delegate at such meeting; the mayor shall be the delegate exofficio thereat.
If the mayor refuses or is unable to act, the council of the municipality shall appoint as delegate another of its members, by a resolution a copy of which must be sent to the Community before the meeting.
A majority of the delegates of the municipalities shall constitute a quorum.
