306.64. The Société de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal is deemed to be a transit commission for the purposes of sections 1, 18 and 89 of the Act respecting intermunicipal boards of transport in the area of Montréal (chapter C-60.1), paragraph g of section 1 of the Act respecting municipal and intermunicipal transit corporations (chapter C-70) and subparagraph b of paragraph 2 of section 41 of the Securities Act (chapter V-1.1).
