285. The board of directors shall exercise the duties and powers of the Société, except where the Act provides otherwise.

285. The board of directors shall exercise the duties and powers of the corporation, except where the Act provides otherwise.

285. The Commission and those municipalities are jointly and severally liable for any obligations contracted by the Commission towards the holders of the securities issued by it or towards persons who have debts arising from contracts.

285. The municipalities shall be jointly and severally liable towards the holders of bonds, notes and other securities issued by the Commission for the repayment of such bonds, notes and other securities, in principal, interest and other accessories, and for all other obligations contracted by the Commission towards such holders.
