265. The board of directors shall give prior authorization to any expense incurred by a member of the board on behalf of the Société.

On the presentation of a statement of account accompanied with the vouchers required by the board of directors, the board shall authorize the reimbursement of the expenses.

265. The Commission may, without further approval than that of the executive committee, establish change or cancel lines, replace autobus lines by lines of other means of public transport, change their routes and, for any of such purposes, use any public street in its territory which it deems expedient. The secretary of the Commission shall send forthwith to the Community and to the municipalities, and cause to be published without delay in a daily newspaper circulating in its territory, a certified copy of the resolution of the Commission comprising any decision contemplated in this section.

Where the establishment, change, cancellation or replacement of an autobus line or the change of route is related to the territory of a municipality other than those mentioned in Schedule B, the approval of that municipality is substituted for that of the executive committee and, subject to section 266, the Commission shall not then give effect to its decision before having obtained that approval.
