257. The board of directors shall hold a regular meeting at least once every month. The board shall, at its first meeting of the year, adopt the schedule of the meetings for the whole year.

257. The board of directors shall hold a regular meeting at least once every month. The board shall, at its first meeting of the year, adopt the schedule of the meetings for the whole year.

Within 15 days after the first meeting of the year, the secretary of the corporation shall publish in a newspaper circulating in the territory of the corporation a notice stating the date, time and place of the regular meetings of the board of directors.

257. The Commission may contract with any municipality from outside its territory or any intermunicipal board to supply public transport services to that municipality or board.

The Transit Commission may supply, on the territory of any municipality mentioned in Schedule B, where that municipality was formerly served by a public transport undertaking it has acquired in conformity with section 258, the same transport service as that supplied by that undertaking during the fiscal period in which it has acquired that undertaking and during the first fiscal period after that acquisition.
