155. From the coming into force of a by-law of the Community made under section 154, every by-law of a municipality making, amending or repealing a building by-law of such municipality must be submitted to the executive committee for approval before publication, and shall not come into force unless it receives such approval.
The executive committee of the Community shall not refuse to approve a building by-law submitted to it under this section except in a case where the effect of such by-law would be to prescribe construction standards inferior to the minimum standards prescribed by the Community’s buildings by-laws.
