250. (Repealed).

250. In the case of absence or inability to act of the chairman or any other member of the Commission, each of them may be replaced while he is absent or unable to act by another person appointed for such purpose, in the same manner as the person to be replaced.

In the case of absence or inability to act of the chairman of the Council, the chairman and general manager of the Transit Commission or any member of such body, each of them may be replaced while he is absent or unable to act by another person appointed for such purpose, in the same manner as the person to be replaced.
