222. The Community may make agreements with any municipality of its territory to have the municipality insure services to the immoveables located in the parks of the Corporation. The Community shall however consult first with the municipality where the park of the Corporation is located; that municipality then has priority to supply the services if it meets the standards required by the Community.
If an agreement is made with another municipality, the latter then acquires jurisdiction to supply the services required by the Community as if it were its own territory and it may exercise the rights and privileges and fulfil the obligations arising therefrom.
Such agreements are subject to the approval of the Commission municipale du Québec.
