Any copy of a minute shall be proof of its contents, provided that it is certified by the secretary or the person in charge of access to documents of the Corporation and sealed with the corporate seal of the Corporation, without any proof being necessary of the validity of the seal, or the signature of the secretary or the person in charge, saving the right of any party attacking the minute to proceed against the same by improbation.
