184. The Corporation shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission des Transports du Québec otherwise than under a provision of this Act.
The Commission has no jurisdiction over transportation supplied on behalf of the Corporation under a contract referred to in subparagraph ii or iii of subparagraph f or subparagraph h of the second paragraph of section 171 or in section 171.1.
The regulations made by the Government under section 5 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12) shall apply to the Corporation and to its means of transport or transport systems. However, the Government may, by regulation, release the Corporation from the obligation of complying with one or several of the provisions of a regulation.
Section 416 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) shall apply, adapted as required, to the Corporation.
