169.3. The board of directors shall appoint the secretary and the treasurer of the transit authority, and may appoint assistants for them.
Such officers shall perform the duties assigned to them by this Act and those which may be assigned to them by the by-laws or resolutions of the transit authority.

Such officers shall perform the duties assigned to them by this Act and those which may be assigned to them by the by-laws or resolutions of the Corporation.

169.3. The Commission shall also appoint a secretary, treasurer or secretary-treasurer and such other officers as the Commission sees fit to appoint.
Such officers shall perform the duties assigned to them by this Act and those which may be assigned to them by the by-laws or resolutions of the Commission.
