69. The owner of the immoveable shall not bid or become purchaser and, during the delay for redemption, he may only recover the immoveable by exercising the right of redemption.
If there be no outbid, the only bidder shall be purchaser.
The purchaser must pay the price immediately.
In default of immediate payment, the person in charge of the sale shall again put up the immoveable for sale.
